What You'll Do:- Handle family law cases start-to-finish: divorce, custody, support, modifications, enforcement.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements with precision.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Communicate directly with clients, no middlemen.
- Collaborate on strategy and case development with a skilled team.
- Hit deadlines like a pro.
Who You Are:
- Licensed Florida attorney with a J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Strong legal writer and communicator (bonus points for clarity + empathy).
- Tech-savvy, proactive, highly organized.
- Confident independently, but a team player at heart.
- Family law experience preferred, but grit and drive count.
- CosmoLex familiarity is a plus, not required.
