Responsibilities:
As a Family Law Attorney with us, you will manage a litigation caseload from start to finish, including:
- Temporary orders, discovery, and settlement negotiations
- Representing clients in hearings and trials
- Communicating with clients and third parties with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
- Upholding the highest ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Lives in the Spokane area
- Washington State family law experience (minimum 3 years)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with legal technology
- A personable, empathetic, and professional approach
