Role Overview:Pearson Butler is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal applicant will learn quickly, while having a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and an ability to meet deadlines. The attorney will manage a caseload of divorce, custody, and guardianship cases while spearheading every facet of litigation. Our most successful attorneys are individuals who are self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Candidates must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and have an active license with the Utah State Bar. Preference will be given to candidates with 2+ years of Family Law and/or Litigation experience.
Compensation:
$130K with the potential to earn $200K+ while working 40 hours a week
