Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage family law cases from intake through resolution
Represent clients at in-person court hearings and appearances
Handle divorce, legal separation, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, and property division matters
Handle high-conflict custody and domestic violence cases
Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, discovery, and other legal documents
Analyze cases and develop effective litigation and settlement strategies
Negotiate with opposing counsel and work toward favorable resolutions
Communicate regularly and effectively with clients
Work closely with paralegals and support staff to keep cases organized and moving
Maintain accurate and complete client files
Protect and advocate for clients' interests throughout the legal process

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:

3+ years of family law experience
Active California Bar membership and in good standing
Strong courtroom and litigation experience
Experience with custody, child support, spousal support, divorce, property division, and domestic violence matters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and strategic in high-conflict situations
Strong organization and time-management skills
Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with a team
A genuine commitment to client service and advocacy
