You're a strong communicator, a sharp advocate, and someone who doesn't shy away from complex legal situations. You can spot the issue, strategize a solution, and see a case through from start to finish. You thrive when you're both independent and collaborative.You're also someone who:
- Brings positivity and flexibility to the table
- Handles a broad scope of responsibilities: from final-stage client intake to managing cases, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court, mediation, arbitration, or trial
- Guides clients with empathy and clarity through every step of the legal process

A day in the life:
No two days are exactly the same. You might be:
If you've got (or want to develop) experience in DCS matters, guardianships/conservatorships, or Orders of Protection/Injunctions Against Harassment, you'll have that experience.
You'll often be on the phone, managing communication like an air traffic controller, keeping clients, courts, and opposing counsel in sync. Some days will be calm; others......

- Collaborating in a colleague's office
- Arguing a hearing or attending mediation
- Supporting a family through a divorce, custody case, or adoption (including adult adoption)
You'll often be on the phone, managing communication like an air traffic controller, keeping clients, courts, and opposing counsel in sync. Some days will be calm; others......
What You Need to Join Us
- Licensed and in good standing in Arizona
- 3+ years of experience in family law with trial and litigation experience (bonus for DCS/probate work)
- Team player, collaborative and excellent writing skills
- Courtroom and deposition experience in Arizona family law cases
