Qualifications:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active or pending Utah Bar license required
Previous experience in law (family law preferred)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients and help them with their legal needs
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Represent clients in court
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
