About the role:
We're a growing family law firm seeking a skilled Attorney who can balance professionalism with a positive, people-first attitude. If you enjoy litigation, guiding clients with empathy, and taking ownership of cases from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and protective orders.
- Craft strategic case plans using your legal knowledge, creativity, and judgment to deliver excellent results.
- Draft, review, and argue motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
- Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Provide clear, compassionate counsel to clients navigating difficult transitions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our paralegals and attorneys to provide seamless client support.
- Manage deadlines and case progress with precision.
- Be prepared and efficient—honoring the time of clients, courts, and colleagues by staying organized and responsive.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed attorney in Utah (required).
- 2+ years of family law experience strongly preferred.
- Courtroom confidence and the strategic mindset to build persuasive, well-prepared cases.
- Someone who is curious and committed to continuous learning—willing to ask questions, improve processes, and lead with knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-first culture and takes pride in making others look good.
- A team player with a sense of humor - because law is serious, but we don't have to be 24/7.
- Competitive salary (DOE) with performance-based incentives.
- Paid time off and holidays (because balance matters).
- Retirement plan options.
- A culture that encourages learning, development, and leadership at every level. We invest in you so you can deliver your best for clients.
