Duties:

Represent clients in court and negotiations involving family law matters such as divorce, child custody, and adoption
Advise clients on their legal options and rights in various family law situations
Prepare and file legal documents like divorce settlements, custody agreements, and other family law-related paperwork
Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations to represent clients and advocate for client interests
Help families reach mutually agreeable settlements and agreements whenever possible
Manage a caseload of cases while ensuring timely progress and adherence to court deadlines
Collaborate with paralegals, mediators, and other professionals to provide comprehensive legal service
