Role Description
The attorney will handle a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and related legal issues. Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, legal documents, and settlement agreements; conducting legal research; managing discovery and responding to discovery requests; reviewing and analyzing financial documents; representing clients in court and other legal proceedings; and providing thoughtful, strategic legal advice throughout each stage of a case.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited law school
Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
A minimum of three year to five years of Family Law experience
Excellent written, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a caseload of family law cases from intake through resolution
Familiarity with local courts and legal practices in Bucks and Montgomery Counties is preferred
