Responsibilities:
- Handle family law matters from intake through resolution
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, hearings, and litigation as appropriate
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
- Maintain accurate case files and meet court deadlines
- Provide knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate legal representation
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in Tennessee, and in good standing
- Experience practicing family law required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to independently manage a caseload
- Professional, client-focused approach
- Strong courtroom and negotiation skills are a plus
