Job Overview:Busy family Law Firm seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, must be licensed in Massachusetts and in good standing.
The candidate must be an attorney capable of working independently in a fast paced legal environment with the ability to efficiently multitask. Applicants should be organized and comfortable with handling a significant volume of cases
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and other related issues
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients, maintaining strong communication and ensuring client satisfaction
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client service and case managemen
