We are seeking a Colorado licensed attorney to work with our boutique family law firm, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex family law matters with confidence and compassion; opportunities for growth and mentorship. This position offers remote work with occasional in-office meetings/conferences. Interested candidates must have experience 2 years of experience, preferably with trial experience.

Duties:

Represent clients in family law proceedings, including divorce, child custody, visitation rights, and support cases
Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, settlement agreements, and court pleadings with precision and clarity
Conduct thorough legal research using to support case strategies
Prepare for trial by gathering evidence, coordinating depositions, and developing compelling courtroom arguments
Negotiate settlements that align with clients' best interests while maintaining professional integrity
Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about case progress and legal options
