Vinson & Elkins has an opportunity available for junior or midlevel associate for its Denver office. Candidates should have 2 – 6 years of experience (J.D. class of 2020- 2024). Candidates should have significant transactional experience in either mergers and acquisitions (particularly private equity M&A) and/or capital markets offerings and related securities work. Candidates should have strong drafting skills and experience negotiating transaction documents, managing client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs.
