What You Will Lead
  • Manage and advance a family law caseload from consultation through final resolution.
  • Draft strategic motions, pleadings, and discovery that move cases forward.
  • Lead mediations, hearings, and client strategy sessions.
  • Collaborate directly with the partners on high-value matters and firm initiatives.
  • Deliver premium, client-first communication consistent with our boutique brand.
  • Leverage paralegal support for preparation, filings, and streamlined case management.
  • Operate effectively in a hybrid structure while maintaining strong client engagement and performance.

What you bring:
  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year of family law experience; experienced litigators strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong writing, courtroom presence, and strategic instincts.
