We are seeking Attorneys with a general knowledge of the foreclosure process. In this role, you will work closely with a senior attorney and be responsible for managing a caseload from inception through completion.We are looking for individuals who can produce high-quality work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload from initial intake through completion under the supervision of a senior attorney
- Draft discovery, motions, and other litigation documents a plus
- Provide clear direction and guidance to legal assistants
- Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently when needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing
- Federal Bar admission is a plus
- 0-3+ years of experience in Foreclosure, Mortgage, or Real Estate Law
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bankruptcy or related experience is a plus
