Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support modifications, and more.
  • Manage a caseload while maintaining high standards of client service.
  • Draft and review legal documents, conduct research, and negotiate settlements.
  • Advocate for clients in court proceedings as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Active membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
  • 5+ years of recent family law experience, including litigation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and emotional cases with professionalism and empathy.
  • Commitment to excellence in legal representation and client care.
