Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support modifications, and more.
- Manage a caseload while maintaining high standards of client service.
- Draft and review legal documents, conduct research, and negotiate settlements.
- Advocate for clients in court proceedings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
- 5+ years of recent family law experience, including litigation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and emotional cases with professionalism and empathy.
- Commitment to excellence in legal representation and client care.
