Wright, Constable & Skeen, L.L.P., an AV-rated firm with multiple offices in Maryland and Virginia, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Law Associate to join our respected Family Law Group. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience handling a broad range of family law matters and a demonstrated commitment to compassionate, effective advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage family law cases involving divorce, custody, child support, protective orders, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, and related domestic issues.
  • Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, motions, and discovery.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Engage in negotiations and work collaboratively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure timely communication with clients.

Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the Maryland Bar.
  • 3–5 years of substantive family law experience.
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence when working with clients in sensitive situations.
  • Ability to manage a varied case load with attention to detail and deadlines.

Salary & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, range from $100,000-130,000.
