Job Summary:The Wright Firm, LLP seeks motivated and detail-oriented Family Law Associates to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in Family Law. These positions require excellent research and legal drafting skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively. The Associates will play a crucial role in supporting our clients through comprehensive Family Law matters.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with Potential new clients.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Assist in the litigation process by preparing for trials and hearings.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations as required.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in Family Law.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client management.
- Maintain accurate records of case files and documentation.
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Texas Bar.
- 1-2 years Family Law experience
- Strong research skills and proficiency in legal writing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
