Family Law Associate Attorney Full-Time | South Pasadena, CA | In-PersonJob Overview: The Buelna Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Family Law Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on a wide range of family law matters. You'll be involved in drafting legal documents, managing discovery, preparing for hearings, and maintaining direct communication with clients.

Compensation: This position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on family law issues;
- Draft legal documents including: discovery, disclosures, pleadings, and Requests for Order;
- Attend and contribute to client meetings and communications;
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case strategy and preparation;
- Assist in negotiations and case resolution efforts;
- Support preparation for hearings and other proceedings;
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school;
- Active California Bar license;
- 3–6 years of experience in family law;
- Strong legal research and analytical skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
- Proficiency in legal drafting and familiarity with Westlaw or similar tools;
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently and as part of a team;
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
