Description:
Modern Law isn't your ex's law firm.

We solve problems, win for clients, run lean, and make serious money doing it. We're seeking hungry, high-performing attorneys who love technology, work efficiently, and are obsessed with delivering exceptional legal results and excellent client experiences. At Modern Law, we don't just practice law — we reinvent what legal work looks like.

What This Role Is
As an Attorney at Modern Law, you'll be on the front lines of strategic family law advocacy — from pre-litigation strategy to courtroom wins — with a focus on smart practice, efficient systems, and exceptional client outcomes. We're not looking for average — we're hiring lawyers who want to lead, grow revenue, and build equity in their careers.

Modern Law combines cutting-edge legal tech, automated workflows, and culture-first systems so our attorneys spend more time on high-impact legal work and less time on clunky admin.

You Will:

  • Leverage technology and practice management tools to increase productivity and client satisfaction
  • Own your docket and client relationships while collaborating with our high-energy team
  • Embrace efficient processes, automation, and continuous improvement
  • Participate in firm strategy conversations and profit-driven goal setting
  • Train and mentor associates (as you grow)

Who You Are:

You should demonstrate:
