About You:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as an organized litigator, preferably with toxic tort litigation but not required
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills
  • Ability to develop and implement case strategies
  • Desire to build client relationships and collaborate with talented team

Position Details:
A Complex Litigation Law Firm is looking for an experienced toxic tort litigation attorney. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with clients and independently manage tasks. Toxic tort experience is preferred, but not required.

The required skillset includes experience with:
  • Brief writing
  • Drafting pleadings
  • Responding to written discovery
  • Legal Research and writing
  • Interfacing with clients
  • Taking depositions
  • Strategizing creatively and collaboratively with a practice group or client team
  • Presenting arguments before a judge and/or jury

Associate Compensation
  • Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000, with access to a discretionary annual bonus plan.
