Job Overview:Boutique law firm seeking an experienced attorney to serve as an of counsel to our real estate/transactional practice.
The perfect candidate will have considerable experience regarding:
- General real estate development transactions (residential affordable housing/Low-Income Housing Tax Credit experience is a plus but not required);
- serving as construction lender counsel; and
- reviewing and drafting equity documents, title and survey, and construction/permanent loan documents.
An attorney with additional experience in municipal finance would be wonderful but not expected.
As an of counsel, you would be required to perform ten to twenty hours of work per month, most if not all of which can be performed remotely. Pay commensurate with expertise and experience. Any candidate must be a consummate team player.
