Description:
Lunn Law LLC is looking for an experienced Probate Associate Attorney to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage your own caseload of probate administration and contested probate matters from open to close, guiding families through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. If you want work that makes a real difference for families and a firm where your career has room to grow, we would love to meet you.

Who We Want on Our Team
We hire for character as much as experience. Please read this section carefully before applying. You will thrive here if you:
  • Take ownership of your cases and follow through without needing to be chased
  • Strive for excellence in every matter
  • Are empathetic and compassionate, but tenacious when a client's interests are on the line
  • Bring patience to families who are grieving or in conflict with each other
  • Stay calm and steady when heirs or beneficiaries disagree
  • Are organized and consistently meet court deadlines
  • Are coachable, embrace technology, and want to grow with the firm
  • Communicate proactively with clients and staff

Who Will Not Be a Fit
This role is not for you if you:
  • Need constant supervision to keep cases moving
  • Blame others instead of owning outcomes
  • Avoid difficult conversations with clients or opposing parties
  • Resist new systems, technology, or process improvements
  • Prefer to do the minimum rather than strive to improve

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $125,000 to $150,000 base salary, based on experience
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company life insurance
  • Short-term disability insurance
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
