Salary: $125,000–$145,000 a year (depending on experience) + year-end performance bonus

About Us:
We are a boutique divorce and family law firm in downtown Manhattan seeking a skilled Attorney with 3–5+ years of experience in New York divorce and family law. This is an on-site position involving significant court appearances and client interaction. We generally work remotely on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in divorce and family law matters in Supreme and Family Courts
- Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Manage cases independently while meeting deadlines from start to finish
- Communicate effectively with clients and maintain case updates
- Work collaboratively with a small legal team
- Conduct trials and hearings
Qualifications:
- J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in divorce and family law
- Strong legal writing and advocacy skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and punctuality
- Must have experience doing trials and hearings
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $125,000–$145,000, based on experience
