Advanta Law Firm, PLC seeks an experienced, ambitious attorney to handle overflow cases and help grow our practice. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in the courtroom, willing to litigate, and prepared to take cases from intake through resolution, including trial when necessary.We provide an office setting and clients. You bring the experience, work ethic, and initiative to manage cases effectively, build strong client relationships, and generate additional business.
What we are looking for:
- An attorney licensed and in good standing in Michigan.
- Proven litigation experience and the ability to handle cases independently.
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
- Reliable communication, sound judgment, and careful attention to deadlines.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for developing business.
- A positive attitude, a good sense of humor, and a willingness to work.
