Join our team as an Experienced Insurance Defense Attorney (Fully Remote). This role is built for attorneys who want to own their cases, work independently, and maintain real work-life balance.You will manage your own caseload from inception through resolution, with access to the support, resources, and guidance needed to succeed. This position is ideal for an attorney who is confident working independently while remaining engaged with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
- Work closely with a dedicated paralegal
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and reports
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, and case strategy
- Handle settlement negotiations and client communications
- Meet billing expectations while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Maintain clear, consistent, and responsive communication with clients and insurance carriers
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of insurance defense experience
- Ability to manage cases independently
- Experience with billing and working within carrier guidelines
- Strong writing, organization, and case management skills
- Comfortable working remotely and staying self-directed
- Fully remote (work from home, except for court appearances)
