The Pittsburgh office seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation for our Business and Tort Litigation practice. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in a growing and thriving litigation practice are required. Deposition, hearing and trial experience preferred. Order of the coif, law review, or federal judicial clerkship experience a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate with strong written and oral communication skills desiring substantial client interaction, significant responsibility, and a team-oriented approach.
