The firm is looking for a dedicated and experienced attorney to join the team, focusing on immigration matters.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in legal proceedings
Advise clients on legal matters and provide guidance on potential outcomes
Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions
Review and analyze legal documents and statutes to ensure compliance
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to prepare cases

Experience:

Admitted to the bar with a valid license to practice law
Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures, particularly in the field of immigration law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client communication and case representation
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice.

Compensation:
