You know family law. You want flexibility. We've got work and a team you'll actually enjoy working with.

We're looking for an experienced California family law attorney who writes well, knows the procedures, and can take an assignment and run with it. We'll provide the case background and direction, you bring the experience to get it done.

You should already know how to:

Draft motions, declarations, points and authorities, and discovery.
Work through legal and procedural issues independently.
Prepare thorough, accurate work ready for final attorney review.
Meet agreed deadlines and keep us in the loop.
Assist with hearing preparation and occasional court appearances, as agreed.

We're a fun, busy, supportive team. We value good communication, solid work, and people who follow through.

This isn't a training position. You'll need substantial hands-on California family law experience and the ability to complete assignments without step-by-step instruction or ongoing supervision.

You must be an active California attorney in good standing. San Diego family court experience is a plus.

The Details:

Part-time contract work.
Hours, assignments, and deadlines agreed upon in advance.
$100–$150 per hour, based on family law experience and the scope of assignments.
Remote work available, with occasional attendance at our San Diego office and local court appearances as agreed.
