Popovitch Law LLC is a busy domestic relations firm seeking an Attorney with 8+ years of experience in domestic relations law, including:

Demonstrated success as a client advocate
Management of complex cases including discovery
Ample trial experience
Management and mentoring of junior attorneys

The ideal candidate is an established attorney capable of working independently in a fast paced legal environment with the ability to efficiently multitask.

The candidate must have excellent written and oral advocacy skills with the ability to handle complex cases, high conflict custody disputes, and high net worth cases from start to finish. Exposure to, and procedural knowledge of, Massachusetts divorce and custody law is required. Experience should include drafting pleadings, court appearances, managing their own case load, and appearing in court independently on matters.

This position has significant growth opportunities for a motivated attorney as the firm continues to grow quickly, including the ability to manage and mentor junior attorneys, and a potential path to partnership. We handle complex matters with the highest level of client service. Salary is commensurate with skill and experience and is negotiable. Annual review and bonus will be pursuant to performance. Must be licensed in Massachusetts and in good standing.

Annual salary of $175,000 to $250,000 depending on experience. Annual bonuses based on personal and firm performance.
