In Addition To Civil Litigation And Federal Court Experience, The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Natural Ability To

We are looking for experienced employment attorneys (in the following locations: Alabama, Georgia and Chicago) to join our Trial Practice Group and help support our caseload growth. We support remote work but also provide access to shared office space if desired.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage a full caseload, from initial client meeting to final settlement
  • Ensure steady pace and progress of all cases toward resolution
  • Lead and direct Associate Attorneys and Paralegals on your team
  • Manage resources and staffing of your team
  • Be a fully integrated team player with a passion for excellence.
  • Utilize and maximize firm technology to leverage yourself and create efficiencies
  • Waive into Georgia if not already Georgia-licensed

Requirements:
  • Illinois law license in good standing
  • Significant Civil litigation experience
  • Significant Federal Court experience
  • Ability to handle a caseload independently, including depositions and discovery
  • Employment Law experience preferred
  • Leadership abilities are a plus
