What You'll Do:
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, briefs, and contracts
- Provide legal advice to clients and guide them through their case
- Negotiate settlements and agreements
- Prepare cases for trial, including gathering evidence and creating legal arguments
- Stay current on laws and regulations in your practice areas
- Collaborate with other attorneys to ensure clients receive thorough representation
- Manage your caseload and meet deadlines with attention to detail
What We're Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Indiana or Kentucky
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- 3+ Years of legal or courtroom experience
