The ideal candidate would have 2-6 years of experience focusing on executive compensation and employee benefits matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions.Kirkland & Ellis LLP offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $235,000 to $390,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
