Vallely Mitola Ryan PLLC is actively seeking a dedicated Evictions Attorney with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience to join our fast-growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work with industry leaders in the commercial and residential mortgage field, while earning commission in addition to your base salary.Qualified candidates must be admitted to the State Bar and eligible to practice in New York, hold a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, and be current on Continuing Legal Education requirements. Experience in lender default services, landlord/tenant and litigation is highly valued.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain caseload from inception to conclusion
- Review and finalize motions/documents for submission to court
- Court appearances
- Drafting of motion papers in litigated landlord/tenant matters
Skills:
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize case work in an effective manner
- Ability to apply legal research in complex matters
- Knowledge of New York Supreme Court procedures
- Detail oriented
Salary:
Commensurate with experience with opportunity to earn commission
