The position can be based in Vancouver or Seattle, Washington or Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of five years of legal work experience in the areas of:
- Ability to provide tax support for An American Law Firm's business transition and succession planning practice
- Knowledge of community property law (Washington)
- Washington State Bar and Oregon State Bar admission required
- Strong entrepreneurial, growth, and client service mindset
- Some portable book of business and/or demonstrated success in developing a client portfolio
- Experience serving clients in at least one of our seven key industries, particularly within a law firm setting (preferred)
