Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel to estate and trust clients
- Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Represent clients in estate and trust administration
- Collaborate with clients and professionals to deliver exceptional service
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Delaware bar admission (required)
- At least 1 year of experience in trusts and estate law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ethical
- Strong organizational and time management skills
