About the role:
You'll oversee complex probate and trust litigation matters while leading and mentoring attorneys and support staff. This role requires advanced legal judgment, strong motion practice and trial experience, and the ability to manage high-stakes matters with precision.

- 10+ years of probate and trust litigation experience
- 300+ probate cases handled from start to finish
- Extensive experience with motion practice, hearings, and trials
- Strong probate administration and contested matters background
- Proven leadership, project management, and mentoring ability
- Excellent legal writing, research, and courtroom skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Probate team
- Oversee full-cycle probate and trust litigation cases
- Develop and supervise litigation strategy
- Ensure consistent, high-quality client experience
- Collaborate with firm leadership on department growth and improvements
Pay: $85,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
