Description:

  • Assist with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents
  • Manage probate and estate administration files
  • Draft and review residential and commercial real estate agreements and closing documents
  • Support corporate clients with incorporations, shareholder agreements, and ongoing legal compliance
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, correspondence, and court filings
  • Attend client meetings, closings, and court appearances as needed
  • Collaborate with senior counsel and administrative staff to ensure smooth file management and excellent client service

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
