Description:
- Assist with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents
- Manage probate and estate administration files
- Draft and review residential and commercial real estate agreements and closing documents
- Support corporate clients with incorporations, shareholder agreements, and ongoing legal compliance
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, correspondence, and court filings
- Attend client meetings, closings, and court appearances as needed
- Collaborate with senior counsel and administrative staff to ensure smooth file management and excellent client service

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
