Fisher Law LLC is hiring an experienced estate planning attorney in estate planning, trusts and estate administration, and/or elder law. The position is open to an attorney with 2 to 10+ years' experience.Join a respected, close-knit firm focused on estate planning, elder law, and administration, and build a long-term practice serving individuals and families.
About the role:
You will lead client matters (or in the case of a more junior attorney, support a senior attorney). Specifically:
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their goals and family needs through direct interaction
- Handle trust funding, trust and estate administration, and probate-related matters
- Build strong client relationships and collaborate with advisors and senior attorneys
- Have the opportunity to increase skill set in other-related areas, such as elder law, special needs planning, tax planning, business succession.

Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. LL.M in taxation preferred.
- Experience in estate planning and trust and estate administration and commitment to practice area.
- Strong drafting experience with wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related planning documents
- Strong experience with probates and trust administrations, including fiduciary accountings
- Knowledge of income, capital gains, estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax issues
- Experience with estate tax returns desirable.
- Special needs planning and elder law experience are a plus
