Job Description:

Develop foundational and comprehensive estate plans for clients, including office meetings, phone calls, correspondence, research, and document drafting.
Review estate plans and define best course of action.
Work with the legal team to compil proper business plans for clients.
Assist with LLC formation, and operating agreements.
Handle court appearances for probate matters including occasional litigation.
