Description:

Buckley Law is expanding our team and looking for an Associate to work with probates, guardian / conservatorship matters. This person will work with estate planning teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

2+ years of experience as an attorney practicing in a firm, ideally in probate, estate planning and guard/con
Willingness and desire to do court appearances
Desire to increase “ownership” of cases, eventually managing cases from start to finish
Will have opportunities to delegate work, working closely with legal staff
An ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent matters and activities
An ability to work well with different management styles
Desire to learn and continuously improve skills and abilities
Willingness to take on tough assignments and be resourceful
Attentiveness to detail, be thorough in work activities, yet process information quickly
Licensed in Oregon, Washington a definite plus
