McGuire Wood & Bissette, P.A., a medium-sized firm located in the beautiful city of Asheville, NC, is seeking a talented professional like you to join our team.About the position: MWB has an immediate opening for an associate attorney to join our growing Trusts, Estates, & Elder Law practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in elder law, estate planning, estate administration, and fiduciary administration but all interested candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, dedication to client service, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving ability, and desire to assist families with estate planning, benefit planning, estate administration, and fiduciary matters. Annual billable hour expectation is 1,300 in addition to substantial involvement in the community.

Qualifications:
- All candidates should be licensed to practice in North Carolina or eligible to waive into North Carolina Bar.
- Experience or interest or in estate planning, estate administration, fiduciary administration, and elder law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to client service and community involvement.
