Basics
Four days a week, ten hours a day, in person. Outside of scheduled client appointments, your time is your own: attorneys are not expected to respond to email or work during their off-hours. The listed salary is base pay. Most attorneys earn a significant bonus on top of it after the first year, based on firm performance.

Details:

Primarily serve clients in the South Bay, focusing on our offices in Campbell, Fremont, and Palo Alto.
About one travel day a month to our Los Angeles or San Diego office, occasional visits to our other Bay Area offices, and a few Saturday or evening appointments, which is what makes the four-day week possible.

What You'll Do:

Advise clients and oversee signing and notarization of estate plans.
Review and shape each plan before it reaches the client, and answer the questions clients bring you along the way.
Partner with a notary/administrative teammate to ensure seamless client service.
Collaborate with our development team on technology improvements to continually enhance client experience.
Grow into independent client management with full team support available.

What We're Looking For:

Empathy and communication skills: ability to connect warmly with a wide variety of clients.
Techonology and change forward, we are constently improving our process, and we need people who can go with the flow.
Efficiency and organization: motivated to meet goals without billable hour tracking.
California Bar license (required).
Entry-level attorneys welcome; estate planning or trust administration experience a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to become a notary.
Proficiency in a second language strongly preferred.
