We are looking for a Shareholder-level Attorney who can manage a team, clients, and a book of business, and be a part of our continued growth.

The ideal Attorney (Shareholder) will have:

At least 7 years of estate planning, business, and/or tax experience
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Bar in Oregon and in good standing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Superior client management skills, client service focus, and track record of providing value to clients
Established client development talent
Experience managing a talented and experienced team, including Associates and legal staff, with the ability to delegate work efficiently
An ability to manage a large volume of cases
Focus on client service, setting clear expectations
An interest in the business side of the firm
