We are seeking an experienced, motivated Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing practice.This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys building long-term client relationships and helping individuals and families plan for the future.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to assess their estate planning goals and provide practical legal advice.
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and related estate planning documents.
- Assist clients with trust administration and probate matters.
- Review and update existing estate plans as clients' circumstances change.
- Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
- Two or more years of estate planning experience preferred.
- Experience with probate is a plus.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently.
- Commitment to providing outstanding client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
