Position Responsibilities:
- Formulate and draft income, gift, and estate tax-sensitive estate planning documents
- Manage trust and probate administrations
- Prepare federal gift and estate tax returns
- Advise and work with complex, high-net-worth clients
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant estate planning experience
- Experience working with complex, high-net-worth clients
- California State Bar license required
- Tax LL.M. strongly preferred
Compensation:
$190,000.00-$220,000.00
Actual salary will depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
