Commercial Litigation/Equipment Finance Associate (4+ Years of Experience)Due to continued growth, Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”) is seeking an associate attorney for our Equipment Leasing & Finance Group. Qualified candidates should have four (4) plus years' litigation experience (experience with secured financing, bankruptcy and/or commercial collection matters a plus); excellent written and verbal skills; outstanding academic credentials and the ability to handle multiple assignments and manage multiple cases. Candidates should be able to independently draft substantive pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents. NY or NJ bar admission required.
The expected salary range for this position is $190,000-$215,000. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses held. The anticipated salary range listed is just one component of CSG Law's total compensation and benefits package which includes (but is not limited to) discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts; and a 401(k) plan.
