The Cincinnati, Ohio office of FBT Gibbons is seeking an Environmental Associate.

Qualifications:

2–5 years of substantive experience in environmental law
Candidates with extensive experience in state or federal administrative law and a strong passion for environmental law will also be considered
Regulatory counseling, transactional, and/or litigation experience under major environmental programs, including:
Clean Air Act
Clean Water Act
Resource Conservation and Recovery Act
State and federal “brownfield” and other environmental investigation and cleanup programs
Superior academic credentials
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Willingness to reside and serve the Cincinnati, Ohio market

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $170,000-$200,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
