Established New Jersey family law firm seeking an experienced family law attorney who wants the upside of running their own practice without the burden of managing a law firm.

Compensation Structure
This is a production-based compensation model designed for entrepreneurial attorneys, not a traditional salaried associate position.

Attorneys receive approximately one-third of collected revenue generated from their matters, with substantial upside potential. Attorneys who are productive and motivated can realistically earn $350,000+ annually.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years family law experience
  • Strong litigation and client management skills
  • Ability to independently manage cases
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • New Jersey bar admission required

This position is best suited for attorneys seeking autonomy, income upside, and long-term growth rather than fixed compensation.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
