Small media and entertainment company seeks a litigation attorney with experience in the media and/or entertainment industry. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years' experience handling IP and general civil litigation in both State and Federal courts. We are also seeking civil and commercial litigation experience familiar with Civil Rights 42 U.S.C. 1981 claims. Excellent organizational, research and writing skills required. Must be located in New York City area.
